The 165 rooms, conference area, bar and restaurant, fitness area, lobby and reception are well matched in a particular style-concept. The formative thought of straight and amorphous forms, intensive and pastel tones as well as direct and indirect lighting offers an interesting and bright total concept.

The rooms are held in anthracite/silver tones, combined with highly polished Macassar and an orange tone. The combination of wardrobe, luggage stand, writing-desk and headboard is the centre piece of the rooms.

Räter Park Hotel, Private hotel in München ****

Renovation of 38 guest rooms and bathrooms.

The guest-rooms have an oak floor covering which continues into the well combined gold-coloured mosaic in the bathroom. The mixture of modern furnishings and historical forms gives the room a perceptibly pleasant ambience. The large prints in the headboard and in the bath area express a positive attitude to life.

In das Ladenlokal wird eine organische Raumskulptur gestellt. Die geschwungene, „natürliche“ Form verdeutlicht den Arbeitsansatz von Klaus Fries natürlich und authentisch zu arbeiten.

Der eingestellte Baukörper berührt die vorhandene Raumhülle nicht und bildet alle notwendigen Funktionen, wie Warenpräsentation, Abstellen, Lagern und Abtrennen. Indirektes Licht im Sockelbereich und zur Decke schafft eine angenehme Grundbeleuchtung. Spiegelflächen sind schwebend angebracht.

A 125 square metre shop in the historical city centre of Lippstadt, with high-quality men’s fashion, such as, Rene Lezard, Bikkembergs, Armani and John Richmond, is realised in a homogeneous colour concept with puristic designed presentation-areas and textile wall coverings. A central meeting place and bar area is used for the presentation and active selling area.

In the city centre of Düsseldorf an 80 square metre shop draft concept for cosmetic products and integrated day spa. The creation concept is based on pastel tones and organic forms. An image of transparency and an attractive lighting creation round off the concept.

Umbau eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1970, auf einer Wohnfläche von 250 qm, Nebenflächen wie Sauna und Pool 210 qm, Fitnessraum 110 qm, wurde im gesamten Objekt saniert und modernisiert, unter Einbindung von Inneneinrichtung und Architektur.

Einfamilienhaus, Bielefeld

Neubau eines Einfamilienhauses mit Walmdach. 2-geschossig mit einer Wohnfläche von 165 qm sowie eines Zwischenbaus vom Wohnhaus zur Garage wo Technikraum sowie Lagerflächen integriert sind. Das Haus bekommt eine Putzfassade und wird durch bodentiefe Fenster sowie einem Eingangsportal dezent gestaltet.

The hotel, a high rise structured engineering project, is situated on the periphery of a historical city centre The three-storey building is integrated in a Green belt area and features a basement the outside structure of which has been harmonized with greenery. In addition the hotel will be given a graphic facade structure from Post and Bolt construction and sandstone. The interior encloses 95 rooms, public areas, an externally organised spa area, restaurant and bar.
